Usage agreement

1) Duohao Service Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is an intermediary service platform. If there is no objection within 48 hours after the customer completes the required service payment transaction through the platform, it is equivalent to agreeing to all the following agreement;

2) The Division has the responsibility and obligation to ensure that all relevant work service providers (i.e. "independent contractors ") are qualified and have relevant work experience;

3) The Customer has the right to change the service provider 72 hours before the agreed service or change the service time 48 hours before the agreed service; Regardless of whether the change is successful or not, all payments made will not be refunded;

4) Customers need to purchase valid insurance related to the service;

5) Any dispute between the client and the independent contractor shall have nothing to do with the Company;

6) The customer shall provide cleaning supplies/appliances and tools suitable for the designated workplace;

7) The Company will use the services of third party financial institutions to process payment information, through credit cards, Alipay or Transdata, etc.; In case of invalid payment, the Company has the right to suspend or refuse to perform all relevant service requirements of the customer until the payment transaction is effectively completed;

8) All fees incurred by the customer in response to the service needs must be successfully paid through the platform, otherwise the payment will be deemed invalid.
